FNB Smartphones, no smart service

I have applied for a smart phone through FNB on 5 December 2013 and was informed that they are currently experiencing a stock shortage, and that they will issue a delivery instruction as soon as possible.
FNB phoned me on Monday stating that stock has arrived and that I will be phoned ASAP by the call centre for instructions on delivery address etc.
It is Thursday the 12th of December today, nobody has called me yet.
I really want this phone of mine ASAP, as my son is going on holiday next week, and it is his Christmas Present.
Please help!
