Smartphone deal

I applied for a smartphone online and at the end of this week will be 2 weeks if i'm not mistaken. FNB have a shortage of the phones at the moment, so i called the bank to find out whats the hold up with the delivery of my phone. Decklyn advised that the phone has a shortage BUT there might be a possibility that i can get the phone from a. FNB store elsewhere, he went out of his way to contact a couple of stores which also have a shortage of the phones. he didnt have to do that but he did. Its people like Decklyn that make my experiences of phoning the call center a wonderful one. Great service like this needs to be acknowledged :)
