3 weeks ago I placed a telephonic order with CELL C's call centre for 2 D/GREY iphone 5S's which I reiterated were Christmas gifts. I was informed that I will receive both hand sets within 7 working days but due to my specific colour ordered the sourcing may take a bit longer. However I was guaranteed that I will receive the phones before Christmas. I only received the phones yesterday after numerous follow ups and a 3 week wait and they were both THE WRONG COLOUR!!! contacted the call center only to be transferred from 1 department to another more than 5 times explaining my story to each along the way. I finally get a hold of the team leader who informs me that I will only be receiving my phones that were supposed to be Christmas gifts after Christmas!!! I now have to tell my loved one that they'll get their Christmas gift after Christmas!!! Nothing was done to ensure that Cell C's word to me as an existing client was kept. I was left extremely disappointed with Cell C's pathetic Customer Care!!! Cell C... THE POWER'S IN THEIR HANDS AND THEY DO NOTHING
WITH IT!!!
