Smart Device - All round Fail

Ordered some smart devices on the 18th, was approved and received all the info. have called the smart device division 8 times now.

1st time was on hold 24min, 2nd had someone say the device was approved and the devices were IN STOCK that the courier would contact me. On the 15th day no response so i called. 3rd time waited again this time 40min no pickup. 4th time picked up and dropped, 5th time got through they didn't have some stock of something thus i will only get word of my delivery when they get stock. 10min later FNB called me only to have it drop. tried calling through again to inquire what had happened, picked up by someone new asking for my card number and pin to be put into a system then cut the call. and called again to be put on hold. Device was approved on the 18th of Nov its now 10 Dec. with no Word of what's going on. its supposed to be a christmas present. so chances of FNB ruining my CHRISTMAS is pretty good right now.

if i could have one wish that would be this. Service coming from FNB would be in this form. if there is an issue please let me know specifics sending an sms saying you're short on devices is useless what is happening?!?! order id FNB63333
