Standard Bank donot take new business seriously

My name is Kevashni Barath and I applied for a new blue bean credit card 2 weeks agoe on line, last week Thursday the 12th April, I received an email from Standard Bank requesting all of the necesary documents to complete the applications to approve it, On Monday i receive an SMS from Standard Bank stating that my application was unsuccesful and i must contact the call center for more information, when I called them for the reason my app was declined the lady from the call center advised that they requested doucments from me and because they never receive them they declined my app, my question is why could they have not called me and requested the documents again stating that they never receive it, yet when i confirmed the email address i sent all my documents to it was correct. Then I was told to send the doc's to 'ryno.engelbrecht that deals with new card applications but up until today I have received no confirmation that all my details and doc's have been received as well as not even an email, sms or telephonic communication, they are very quick to decline our applications but not quick to try and help you as a new client. They should have the common courtosy to call back.
