Terrible Service

I applied for re advancement on my existing home loan. They wanted documents that I did sent to them via fax. They sent me a sms for outstanding documents which I can't get. I phone home loan dept and explained why I can't sent documents, because I can't get them. They told me they wil sort it out and get back to me, they never got back to me. This happened 6 times. I even spoke to the supervisor and she said she wil get back to me, she also didn't get back to me. I am moving my bond to another financial institution. I am so frustrated with Standard Bank.
