Incompetent Home Loan Dept

I have applied for a bond in December 2013. Up to date Std Bank has lost my documents TWICE!!! i am so fed up of constantly resending documents over & over. Manzi from Briardene branch has been very helpful but its seems that it falls apart once it reaches the home loan dept. I have received numerous calls from the call centre (different people) and all of them give me conflicting information. I have now applied with another bank. Standard bank take no responsibility for their pathetic service & incompetent staff. Lets see if they bother to even respond now.
