Bond repayment

I applied for an extension to my bond. In June an extra amount of R3500 was taken of my bank account for my home loan. I phoned and after 4 days received my money back. This month the same thing happened and I phoned on Tuesday 2013/07/02 and was told 4 days again. That complaint was resolved. But the samething happened again today This is starting to really irritate me I have other financial obligations to attend to and now have to wait for my STUPID bank to sort it out AGAIN. I have been banking with Standard Bank for 24 yrs and well after this I am thinking of moving to another bank.
