Bad Service - No Service or lack of Interest?

I applied for an Home loan at Standard Bank, since I have been banking with them for a while.(20 yrs)

I Went to Standard bank Redds mall, on Saturday the 25 th of January to apply for an home loan
"unfortunately the Home loan Lady is not in " was my reply
Monday 27th of Jan I went to Sunninghill and Spoke to Elton Thomas, "Sorry we are offline", Elton said
but you can do it telephonicly, So I did, stating that my property have been sold and notice have been given, and NOT to take my current home loan into account.

By Wednesday morning the 29th I phoned standard bank as I have not received the promised email to where I should send the the documents. So I went to Centurion, spoke to Yogi Redy, I then submitted all the documents, stating again NOT to include current bond, my house is sold. Monday I phoned home loans, my loan was declined (spoke to Grace) since Standard bank included the current home loan, went back to Elton at sunninghill, he said speak to Yogi, I tried getting hold of the branch.
Taswill (branch locater) said he can not put me through since they are not allowed to any more.

All I need to know is, Do I qualify? yes no? if not for how much do I qualify
