I have recently switched to Nedbank and had my salary paid to the account on 26 September 2013. On The 27 Sept 2013 I realised that I cannot access funds
to the value of 11, 539.16. I phoned the branch and ccouldnt get clear answers. I was referred to the contact centre and was told that there were transctions
pending authorisarions. Transctions which I did not know of. I was told it could be Card cloning. I am so disappointed to say the least with Nedbank. Now I am
sitting with unpaid bills because I cannot access my funds. To this day this matter is not yet resolved. I will never recommend this bank to anyone.
