Cancellation of Policies

Good day

Please assist me in the following as I tried many times contacting Union life funeral policies to cancel my policies. Also I emailed them with the details that I wanted to cancel all my policies in August 2013.

Im frustrated as another month of money will be deducted from my account which I don't have.
