I contacted ABSA Life in regards to 2 policies my mom have with ABSA. My mom is very illiterate and can barely speak English and ABSA easily got her to agree VERBALLY to take out these policies TELEPHONICALLY without signing for anything. She was promised to get a copy of the policies in the post and if she would like to cancel it she will be able to, its been a few months and still no copies. The debit orders have gone off religiously. I sent THREE emails requesting copies of these policies, attaching a letter signed by my mom to have this information handed over to me.
Its been over a month and no word from ABSA.
