I e-mailed liberty about 3 weeks ago to cancel my policies with them. After asking a few times I eventually got forms to sign and send back to them which I did. Now the monthly premiums went off again and when I asked them why it is still going off they told me the policies are still active and not cancelled and that they once again need my info to cancel it. How many time do I have to give my details and fill out forms until the policies are cancelled??? This is ridiculous the service is. Actually there are no service.
