DISSAPPONTED BUT YET NOT DISCOURAGED!!!

Me and my husband have been applying for a home loan, firstly we started through an "Agent" WOW!!! suprisingly there was so much delays on feedback, infact there was non. Until my husband came across Happy Xulu, he confronted her of how he is been trying to get home loan through his bank "Nebank" but it seems as if they dont care and how he is loyal customer to them, she then re`quested all relevant documents each and every day she will give us feedback up until at the end. Our application was not succesful but she made us understand what were the reasons, because we might not have understood through the agent and at the end for not having a clear understanding we would have been unhappy with our bank. But now we know what to do and we will be definitely going back to Nedbank to apply again for the home loan.

Because of Happy we are happy to say Nedbank has professional and staff with Excellent service, who has customers best interest at heart. Thumbs up and WELL DONE!!!
