Applying for a home loan via Nedbank proved to be a long process compared to what I though especially that I applied online. I am still not sure who to contact when I have questions. Lephoi Mokgatle from HL experience is such a great representation of Nedbank and she is professional and gives feedback. It is such a pleasure working with someone like her. I am not happy with the provisional approval rates they gave me as I have a good credit record, but I still wanted to compliment her for the good work that she is doing.
