I recently applied to consolidate all my dept into my home loan, so that I can pay it off quickly, Nedbank turned be down stating that the application does not satisfy the bank's credit requirements for the loan concerned based on a credit assessment. I have a clear itc record. I clear over 50k a month and after this loan I would have been dept. free except for the 10k a month I would have spent on my home loan. I gave them notice that I'm going to cancel my home loan and sell my property. I will no longer do business with Nedbank.
