Begging for feedback!!!

Applied for a home loan 6/8/2013 which was declined. 1 week after applying for loan the owner dropped the price and i went back to bank and my new offer to purchase was sent to home loan department. It is now almost 3 weeks that i have been begging for some kind of response!!! I just want a yes or no so that i can make another plan!!! There are other ppl also interested in the property and the owner is also in a hurry to sell and keeps phoning us to find out how far we got with the application. We cannot give the man any answers coz we dont hear anything... the Nedbank website says that we will get a response within hours if we apply online...!!! So sorry i switched to this bank!!! So stressed (but of coz home loan department dont care about our stress!!!)
