ON 21 January I went into the FNB Umgeni Junction Branch and completed a home loan application, gave them all relevant documents, and have received no feedback on my application. I called their home loans call centre this morning, they say that there is NO record of my applying for the home loan. So, as the deadline for the response to the seller of the property is fast-approaching, I have to start applying for a home loan all over again. WILL NEVER GO TO FNB AGAIN.
