NEW PATHETIC ONLINE BAKING SITE

I am having the worst of the worst of experience with this new online banking site.

it freezes, it doesn't log you out at times (MAJOR SECURITY RISK), certain tabs are not functional.

Why on earth would you change to a site that was not entirely stressed tested before presenting to the market for use.

this is causing a huge inconvenience in my business as im unable to make payments efficiently!!!

i have been your biggest ambassador, FNB is a banking best but at this moment, FNB has fallen right down to the bottom simply because of one aspect of banking, Online Banking...

please do something!!!
