Day 1 using FNB online banking - already annoyed

I think it's good to notify FNB so long that I am quickly annoyed by bad service, especially from banks who charge maximum service fees for the minimum service already.

I opened a new FNB business account at the end of June. Now, I need to make payments to an ABSA account. I went on the online banking, and ticked the box to make an immediate payment. They say it will take 60 minutes and cost R38. It's now 2 hours with no change in the balance on the FNB side, and no proof of payment or payment on the ABSA side.

When I go to the payments pending tab on the online banking site, it says there is a R0.00 pending transaction.

Please explain to me why this taking so long and why the online banking website so unhelpful, or should I go to BEEP bank instead?

The 087 575 0000 number is also not working.
