Online Banking Interface Shocking

FNB what were you thinking?!? Who approved the design of the site? Who approved it for rollout? You guys completely missed the boat with the new site, it is absolutely shocking, and for me, the worst banking site in South Africa. I'm so disappointed because I just moved to FNB from Standard Bank and I was so pleased with the site and online banking. Now it feels like I've gone backwards.

I can't even add a new beneficiary, no error, just nothing is added. And when I tried to write a complaint through the FNB site's comment form, I get an error. At first I was upset, now just so bitterly disappointed with you guys.
