Hard to navigate new Online Banking

What have you done? This is now probably the worst online banking site in the country. This is my primary way of banking. I now get so frustrated at this site. The look is horrible! The navigation is difficult. Overall just not user friendly! I hate having to complain this much! I really just don't enjoy being an FNB customer anymore! Please bring the old website back!
