Poor online banking experience

As of loging on today I found that I was taken directly to ABSA's new shinny online banking site rather than being given a choice. While the new site is nice and the user interface is modern and improved and thus promises to offer a better experience, it is buggy and frustrating to use, plagued with continual timeouts and just not up to prime time. The old site, while somewhat stone age, at least worked and I could get my payments done and finished. I wrote ABSA suggesting they make it easy to give feedback so that those of us who are willing can use our frustrating experiences for good and in helping iron out bugs etc. anyway, frustrating that ABSA is directing us there automatically and that it's still such a frustrating site to use. :( I'm sure it'll get better.
