Wesbank!!!
I called Wesbank this morning in regard to a retrenchment policy and was told to call Hollard. Called Hollard was told to call another number. When I call the number Hollard gave me, I was told to call another number. Call the second number and I get put through to the AA. AA tell me to contact WesBank. I call Wesbank again. I get told Im being put through to the credit life division. I get put through, no one answers and I get cut off.
This is absolutely disgusting that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. What's worse is that I am paying for a service I am not getting.
If you want hassle in your life, finance through Wesbank, otherwise rather choose a company who cares!
