FNB online unable to process payment

Hope this email finds you well.

FNB online has repeatedly had issues. Although I think their one of the best suppliers, in the market as of late their website maintenance has just been shocking. Today is the final straw, I'm unable to secure travel arrangements and pay recipients due to their OTP code pop-up not working! How shocking is that, the whole point for online banking is to make payments...

Well the site seems more like a "me too" portal that does everything but the relevant stuff for online banking. Opening page looks like a 5 year old put together.
1. It tells me I've not logged in 3 weeks. Um no did that yesterday, anycase why would I like to know that? I just want to pay accounts. Want to see my login history? WHY you got it wrong the first time.
2. GMT 2 Not information I want from my bank. Now where can I start paying my accounts.
3. Internet explorer 7 support ends 09/06, um why would I care/ I just want to do banking.
4. Keep track of my insurance portfolio, that is what my broker does. Price review letter?

FNB please focus on your web functionality&content. Be more strict on the publish button, think what your brand is saying to your custome
