Applied for my smartphone but just ignored

I had a smartphone with FNB with I settled this month then I reapplied for another smartphone.
They said it would take two weeks, so this week I phone just to see the progress.

They then informed me that it was still with their scoring department waiting to see if I was accepted.
I applied for the smartphone on the 11.01.2013 and got told today the 21.01.2013 that it was still with the scaring department. This is unacceptable to take so long for an application.

I have never defaulted on any debt orders or on the last smartphone. If this is this case I think its better I cancel my gold cheque account and buy the phone myself.

I am beyond upset with FNB and they has gone from the best bank to the worste bank in South Africa
