I ordered a Saumsung Galaxy Tab on the 30th of January 2013. It has been 15 working days and I am still waiting. I have received no correspondance from FNB regarding the Galaxy Tab. I had to phone the Smartphone department yesterday and all the guy could tell me was: "I will notify the dispatch department to dispatch the item".
I told the guy I am fed up with this bad service, first I struggled 3 weeks to get my account active when I opened it, then I struggled more than a month to get my ebucks account activated and I am still not earning any ebucks, now I am waiting so long for my Galaxy Tab.
I also told the guy I spoke to yesterday that if I do not receive my Galaxy tab today, I do not want it anymore, they can cancell the deal, I will rather go through MTN and get one for R30 per month more and get 500mb data which you do not even get through FNB, and also they will get it to me within 3 working days.
All of these things are building up and I am seriously wondering WHY I didn't just stay with ABSA.
