THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING A SMARTPHONE WITH FNB

I decided to order a Galaxy Note II with FNB, since I bank with them and always have had great service. Well Well was I not prepared for this. On the 04 March I placed my orders. The site states it takes up to 10 working Days to be notified if the application is successful and 5 days for courier to deliver. Well no one bothered to call me and like a i kept o following up. On the 25 March Elroy Jenniker finally emailed to let me know my device is with the courier. Then on on the 05 April after I never heard anything, he tells me the courier company has been fired and the device is now with a new courier company. Unfortunately this is the last I heard from Elroy. On the 9 April, the new company Enginuity calls to confirm delivery address and says it will take up to 5 working days. Finally a light at the end of the tunnel, only to find out it is a train, as today 16 April the company calls again to say when can they delivery, and they are out of stock with the phone and it will take 5 working days. WTH it has been 28 Working days. YOUR SERVICE IS ABYSMAL. KEEP THE PHONE. You do not even consider your customers or keep them up to date!!!
