My Nedbank Personal Loan account was double debited on 21 September 2013 by yourselves. There are two amounts that are normally debited one for R1189, 65 & R110, 35 totalling R1, 300. The double debit was two of R1189, 65. I request that an amount of R1079.30 be reversed into my account thus covering the R110.35. I am in an unfortunate financial position this month that certain expenses from the company side have not been paid to me and I run the risk of certain debit orders being returned on 30 September 2013. This has never happened to me before and wish to keep my record in tact. It may seem like a joke to you but I am desperate. Please could someone contact me as a matter of urgency to have this matter reversed. If not done I will have alternative but to have one of these amounts reversed by my personal banker.
