I have noticed on my statements that my account has been running into a negative balance on the day my salary is paid in. A sms sent early in the morning confirming that my salary has been paid into my account is sent to me. I went into a local FNB store and their magical answer... your money has not cleared yet!! What a load of BS!! How can i draw money from the ATM if the money did not clear? How could i have done a EFT to pay a account if the money was not available or cleared? The response we got when querying was totally unacceptable!!! " Its system related". The consultant confirmed the money was cleared midnight the 25th and a EFT was done at 10 o clock the next morning to pay a account, but yet on the statement it reflects as the account was in negative. As a result of this occuring not only do i get charged R57 incidental fee for your system errors it has also has given me a BAD CREDIT PROFILE so i do not qualify for a ATM TEMP LOAN that i uasally do on a monthly bases. I really think FNB's system is totally unfair and really want FNB to stick to their MOTTO aired all the time "how can we help you? ' FNB sort this out so that i can get my TEMP Loan...
