FNB Temp Loan not available

I applied for FNB temp loan twice before and received it and it was payed back before the 31days it is required.
I tried taking a temp loan again but the system keeps telling me Customer/Account not eligible.
I then called the online assistance and they told me this is due to my account being in the negative of R85.00
I told the Lady this doen not make sence as the very first temp loan I made my account was in negative of R400
AND I have been trying to apply since Sunday (30 June 3013) where at the time my account was in the possitive with over R1000 and still said I was not eligible. Also tried yesterday when my account was also in the positive and still it said im not eligible.
I would have thought having had 2 temp loans before and have paid then fully in time would count in my favour?
Pls help, as I need the cash
