Temp loan not available

I took a temp loan during this month, apparently you have to pay it back within 31 days. My salary gets paid in on the 25th, they took the money for the temp loan on the 25th. After you pay them the temp loan should reflect immediately its now the 29th and still no temp loan available but all outstanding money has been settled.

I need this temp loan as it is much more convienient than taking a personal loan.
