Inccorect Upgrade, Bad Loan repayment system

Of the many issues I have with FNB of late, I must say they turning into the worst bank by trying to offer to much and breaking the system and records of their clients. So I upgraded one my FNB savings accounts to a Gold cheque account a while back, first mistake the agent handling my account switched the wrong account that I did not put my salary in, next mistake they went onto charge till today for the wrong cheque account which they upgraded all by themselves with my approval, So that account now has a ridiculous negative balance and I am out a savings account. Next mistake using a Temp loan system from FNB it forced me to miss debits because they system automatically took all the available funds transferred to my account. Really spectacular I have Paid over R5k in bank charges and penalties for the debit that bounce because of the Temp Loan, My advise stay away from FNB and anything they offer even the device deals they offer rip you off because they just debit your account on the 25th without warning. then apparently they wont give my wife a credit card cos she has applied for it since she switched over everymonth, so steve they don't switch your credit card for you.
