Why does my account not qualify?

I am extremely unhappy at the fact that when i try applying for my temp loan it tells me my account is not legible.
I have been making use of the service since January and all of a suddne my account is not legible? my salary is deposited into my account monthly and not once was my temp loan not paid back. this was the last month i planned on using this service due to financial issues and FNB does this to me.

My credit record has not changed in any way so i do not see how this is possible. I need to make use of this service else i willl be short with all my bills.

Please can I have feedback on this.
