I used to love FNB, but recently the service im getting is pathetic. Here are the most recent incidents.

1. I activated a debit order 2 months ago for my credit card's minimum payment. The bank is debiting the money DAYS after the agreed date!
2. I called FNB yesterday to enquire as to whether the available balance on my account is after the credit card's minimum due debit, I was told yes however, the money was only debited this morning which mean the so called premier banking consultant to me!
3. I took out a temp loan on 14 October. My salary was debited into my account on 15 Oct. As I'm writing this complain the loan has not been re-payed! for reasons unknown to me.
4. Last month I applied for a personal loan of 50000, It was declined by my bank.. Nedbank approved me a loan of 120000! I have never defaulted payment on my temp loan or credit card or any of my creditors (debit orders) for the past 8 years that I have been with FNB.
5. I applied online for a revolving loan yesterday.. I dont know whether it was declined or it is still being processed or rejected!
I'm taking my account to a bank that will service me better!
