Helpline Failure

Dear FNB Helpline,
If this is the kind of service we can expect, you are wasting time advertising against beep bank. I have been using online banking for ages and today it seemedIi could not log in. Fearing I have forgotten my login details I called the helpline. Lufuno helped me, or didnt rather, after I told her my story the system asked me to key in my card number and apparently it does not exist. I find this infuriating. BECAUSE IT DOES EXIST, ITS IN MY POCKET!! All I was continously told is that I must go to a branch. Why?? is it too much hassle for your call centre agents to do their job?? or for the IT dept to do theirs?? Now I must spend money on fuel to do what your lazy employees couldnt be bothered to do, and go to my branch.
