Putting the phone down in my ea

I called the helpline, Masego Konopi (Call ref: 35334907) answered and passed the buck.

He did not listen to my problem properly or help me with my problem. He just kept on reading me the terms and conditions over and over which frustrated me as he did not offer an alternative solution other than going to the branch which I cannot do presently. Hereafter he said he does not like my tone and put the phone down in my ear. next consultant I spoke to helped me without myself needing to go to the branch.

I called back was was promptly helped by a friendly lady, Priscilla Barben. I did not have to go to the branch and she found an error on my account.
