Tried last week to apply online to switch to FNB, after filling in all details, next page asks for my card number and pin. I am switching to FNB!!!! how could I have those details!!!
Tried again this morning, same nonsense.
Phoned sales call center on 08603278277, saying I want to switch, this is my problem, how do I continue online??
Call center gets rude with me cause he is STUPID, says he will 'transfer' me to online banking, after the 'transfer' I get told the number i called does not exist.
YOUR OWN STAFF KNOW NOTHING, NOT EVEN A SIMPLE TELEPHONE NUMBER!!
Phoned back, a lady answers, explain story again, she says she can do it over the phone. I told her I want to do it online, she says she will transfer me to online banking dept.
She manages to get this right.
I explain story for THIRD time now, just for this other lady now to tell me online banking is wrong dept she needs to transfer me again!!
I HUNG UP!!!
