Recently opened a savings account at FNB and had to recet my online log in details as i forgot them but I keep getting errors even though i know for certain that im doing the right thing.
e.g 1.)password cannot be the same as the previous 12 passwords - how can that be because i just recently openend the account?
2.) password has to contain special characters and numericals - which is exactly what i did and it still wont accept
And when i call the helpline im being told i will be charged R52 for the consultant to help me, WHY THE SHOULD I BE CHARGED WHEN ITS CLEAR THAT ITS THEIR SYSTEM HAVING A PROBLEM AND NOT ME??? or were these errors set up on the system on purpose so we can be charged for help? im seriously frustrated and will be closing my account and will advice everyone i know never to switch to this bank.
