REGRET SWITCH TO FNB???

Couple of bad services from FNB since i switched from standard bank. First i open an account and 2 accounts were opened. Dont understand how it happend. Problem solved. Now the so called smart device. Sold very well on billboards and all. Applied for one last year, still dont have it. The worst is when i get a call from FNB asking me if i need a smart devise, i mean?? Still waiting. Called this morning to track it, the guy gave me couriers number. Called couriers they know nothing about it.
