I moved my account was moved to FNB in March and i then applied for a smart device and was approved
Now the devide was and insurance paid it up and i tried for a device and i was declined
NOW?
FNB wants new customers and unfortunately when you a client already they dont feel the need to give u anything
This has happened to a friend of mine also
so FNB i will be moving my acc, seeing as i cant get a device why should i stay??? that after having one? i wouldve thought it would be replaced?
