First National Bank
Smart Device Cancellation taking 2 months

In Oct i took a Samsung mini S4 which i returned a few days later then took an Iphone 5. I was then charged couriers fees on both phones meaning i had to walk to the dot shop twice to ask them to reverse them. On the 20th Nov the debit went through for an iphone, the same happened for the CANCELLED Samsung. Went to the shop AGAIN, smart device centre was called to cancel or delete the Samsung account. On the 28th Nov i spoke to a lady who said an investigation will be done and in 48 hours the R209 will be reversed to my account (Ref # - 13112826915). Waited for days and yesterday the 4th Dec, i called and was told "the account will be sent through for deletion. The debit might go through again in Dec because its now late to cancel it. The cancellation only happens once a month and its past that but they will reverse the money" (Ref # 1386142549).

This has to be some kind of joke. A phone that was returned in Oct is still sitting under my name, how does that work? When is the deletion going to happen exactly, i dont understand this process AND i want the money reversed ASAP!
