On the 13th of December, i've ordered A smart device through FNB. the consultant promised me that he ordered a white Samsung. on Friday 20th of December, the couriers arrived. before i opened the box, I noticed that it was a black one! i had to phone and e-mail who ever to ask if they can fetch it and send me a white one! i spoke to "Etland" this morning and he said I'll have to wait until next year- the couriers are closing.
the couriers are blaming FNB for sending a black one and then FNB blames the couriers!
it's the second time this happened.
