Smart device - wrong device!

After waiting from 28 December for a response on my Smart Device with FNB, I finally received an sms saying the courier company will order in the next couple of days. On 21 January I received a call from the couriers and behold, they don't have the right device. I cancelled my smart device, and will be taking my business to someone else!
