LACK OF FEEDBACK

I ordered a FNB smart device on the 2nd of April.

Needless to say i have received less than good service from FNB. I understand a company called Enginuity Couriers is responsible for delivery, but why does FNB not inform their customers more efficiently?

I've been waiting for a call from these couriers and nothing!

I'd really like to receive my device now.
