So ive applied for a smart device on the 6th till today im just struggling to get feedback as what is going on. When I call they say i should just wait and then I get my reference number (RL1305190778), then when I ask how long "no im not sure" "cant give you exact time its all the courier ppl"
So I gave them a call this morning and asked them to cancel it - now i log onto my Online Banking and there it is a new account "Smart Device" what the. Now all they say is I should wait till its canceled. Not hoping im going to be charged for something I dont have so angry now!!!
And why does it take 2-3 days to cancel something - just wish they can keep their clients happy by letting them know what is going on!
So I went and got my S4 somewhere else. Nice one FNB
