I had my whole bag in smash and grab. After going to my main bank (FNB) and having no luck, help or compassion from them, I left with no money. I went to Nedbank and all I had was a copy of my ID (not certified) the consultant compared it against the ID on the system and immediately supplied me with a card so I had access to money. My main bank refused to give me money. I am so grateful for the efficiency and ease of use of Nedbanks superior service. I will very shortly be moving all my accounts to Nedbank. i may have made this sound like an easy situation but i had NO access to money and no form of ID. Nedbank and the issuing of a bank card rescued me, Thank you so much.
