I recently changed my debit order dates for my car's installment from the last day of the month to the 15th and the consultant who helped me assured me that it was done. Today I receive a call from another consultant telling me that the change will only start in May and so I should borrow money to pay as the installment WILL go off tomorrow. I am not happy about this as it is not what was agreed on initially.!!! So now my account will be debit and as there is no money..i"ll be left with bank charges that i have to deal with because of this whole mess. i'm not impressed.
