NEDBANK to tell me where my money is!!!

We live in Port Elizabeth and pay our municipal account via internet banking with a bank approved beneficiary when the municipality changed bank accounts I deleted the beneficary and added a new one since the municipality has not recieved my money and result to the we "owe them" over R8000 now. When I spoke to nedbanks call centre they said to me that the account number automatically changes to the new absa account and iot has been done. Well I'm telling you now it has not and nedbank will now have to tell me where the my money is and I will be keeping nebank responsible for all costs occured (i.e interest and re-connection costs) because of them not changeing the bank account numbers as they said they did. I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that I am an extremely unhappy nedbank client not only due to this, but i have already taken my home loan away from nedbank aswell as my car loan. We have been clients of nedabnk for over 20 years now. I expect nedbank to sort this out by the end of the working day on monday as i only have enough electricity on my meter to last till monday eve and the municipality has blocked my meter now.
