Having an account with these people are extremely dangerous for your finances. You get an email one day that tells you they frozen your account, although all documents were submitted to them, using FICA as execuse.
Don't try and argue with them - they dont care. Be aware of them and their client practices, there are many other stock broking companies available with whom you can transact than these people.
